Small Business Resources & Case Studies | Est. 2021

Documented client work and free self-service resources for small businesses. Built for the people doing it themselves. Designed to last.

Bratton Creative started in 2021 as a one-person freelance operation. No investors, no team, no safety net. Two years later it became an LLC with a simple goal: get off the freelance platforms, put everything under one roof, and find out if the skills could hold up as a real business.
They did. Just not in the way I expected.
Every client who came through was good at what they did. They just needed someone in their corner for the parts they couldn’t figure out. Someone who would tell them the truth, identify the real problem, and leave them with something that kept running after the project closed.
That’s what BC was built to do. That’s what every project here reflects.

Danie had the work. She just needed a home for it. Built her site, voice, and gallery from scratch, 3,600+ visits and real-world features in local bookshops and businesses followed within 10 months. She’s still a client and still showing off her photos.

Dunn Right’s site was outdated, hard to navigate, and generating the same repetitive calls over and over. Rebuilt it from the ground up so customers could find answers before calling, and the ones who did call actually got where they needed to go.
These aren’t templates copy-pasted from a blog or mass-produced by AI. They’re frameworks built from real client work: tested in the field, refined through actual use, and designed to last without needing someone to translate or explain them.
Entirely free to use. Accessed 2,000+ times. Still counting.

The project is done but the work isn’t.
Everything built through Bratton Creative is documented here: the client work, the frameworks, and the resources still being used today.
